Reviewers
The intended assignment identifies the discipline, building, records and workflow decisions the reviewer is authorized to assess. Review responsibility depends on the assignment and relevant professional qualifications.
Access & availability
The public website and synthetic samples are available now. Customer workspaces and the free 30-day product trial are in development.
| Area | Status | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Public website & sample workspace | Available to explore | Browse the platform scope, operate the browser sample, and download labeled synthetic records. |
| Contact & registration | Website intake | Send general requests, choose launch or trial interest, and confirm your email. The form reports whether your request was actually saved. |
| Free 30-day product trial | Preregistration | Access is announced when ready. The trial begins on activation, not registration. |
| Production customer workspaces | In development | Account creation, enforced team permissions, shared project data, confidential uploads, cloud saving, and operational integrations are not provided by this website. |
| Software purchases | Proposed pricing | Review nonbinding price proposals. No checkout or subscription charge is connected. |
| Professional services | Discuss scope | Personnel, qualifications, location, methods, availability, fees, and deliverables require separate agreement. |
Changes belong to the sample in this browser tab, subject to available session storage and its 24-hour expiry. They are not shared with another person or device and are not a customer project or secure cloud backup. Reset clears the sample; downloads remain on your device until you delete them.
Preregister and verify your email. When trial availability is announced, the activation information will explain the included product scope, eligibility, any limits, and applicable terms. Your free 30-day period begins when trial access is activated.
Drawing and PDF workflows, field capture, project context, and portable records remain part of the intended product scope. This public website accepts only general contact and registration information; confidential project intake is not open.
Access and participation
QualityShieldPro's intended access models support independent professional work, organization coordination and invited participation. They describe ways to participate in the same platform; the nine specialist disciplines remain the subscription taxonomy.
These access models are in development. Account enrollment and purchases are not open through this website. Availability, eligibility, included capabilities and terms must be confirmed before activation.
| Access model | Intended purpose | Scope to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Professional | Independent discipline work and authorized participation in shared projects. | The author's selected disciplines, released capabilities, subscription terms and project assignments. |
| Enterprise | Organization, project and portfolio coordination with appropriate administration. | Participating organizations, authors, administration responsibilities, capacity and a tailored offer. |
| Participant | Invited responses, evidence contributions or decisions within assigned work. | The inviting organization, project, building, records and permitted actions. |
| Free access | A proposed entry-level participation route. | Whether an applicable offering is available, who is eligible and its limits. This is distinct from the future 30-day trial offer. |
| Educational License | Proposed use for learning and education. | Eligible users or institutions, permitted use and available educational capabilities. |
| Manufacturer Access | Invited product and technical responses within an authorized scope. | The technical question, referenced product and revision, and the records made available by the invitation. Sponsorship is separate. |
A subscription provides eligible specialist capabilities. Project membership and assigned responsibility determine which records a person may access and which actions they may take. Selecting a role on a public form does not grant that authority.
Starting and changing access
| Path | What the discussion establishes |
|---|---|
| New access | The work to support, selected discipline capabilities, independent authors and invited participants. |
| Bring your own license (BYOL) | How eligible existing subscription rights may be recognized, separately from the receiving project's permissions. |
| Project trial | A future evaluation of a defined project workflow, its participants, available capabilities and evaluation criteria. |
| Discipline trial | A future evaluation of a particular specialist workflow with clearly defined capability and access limits. |
| Upgrade or change access | Changing capability needs, eligible existing rights, commercial terms and the treatment of current records. |
The launch registration offer is a free 30-day trial when available. Project and discipline trials describe intended evaluation paths, not additional subscriptions. A public inquiry or preregistration does not activate access or begin the 30 days.
Before activation, the offer must identify the available capabilities, participants, capacity, support terms, duration and what happens afterward. Renewal, cancellation, downgrade and export arrangements must be stated without changing the authorship or permissions of existing records silently.
Review and administration
The intended assignment identifies the discipline, building, records and workflow decisions the reviewer is authorized to assess. Review responsibility depends on the assignment and relevant professional qualifications.
Membership, invitations and account administration must preserve organization, project and building boundaries. Administrative responsibility does not imply unrestricted access to every customer's records.
