Why QualityShieldPro
Make the outcome understandable—and the next decision better.
Our direction starts with a practical QA question: can someone who was not on site understand the basis, the correction, the verification, and the remaining limitation?
What we want to earn
Trust through visible evidence.
A list of features is only a starting point. The product should demonstrate how a team reaches a defensible, understandable decision and retains that understanding.
The examples below are design commitments and illustrative workflows. They are not claims of exclusive features, measured customer results, or superiority over another product.
| A common problem | The QualityShieldPro direction | See the evidence |
|---|---|---|
| A finding without its basis | Keep the applicable requirement, detail revision, location, and original observation connected. | Sample finding |
| “Done” without a review decision | Separate submitted corrections from authorized verification, with method and limitations visible. | Returned and reviewed evidence |
| Repeated conditions treated as isolated tickets | Distinguish a new occurrence, repeated observation, and recurrence after acceptance; review causes before concluding. | Repeat visits & prevention |
| Knowledge lost at handover | Retain the building timeline, outstanding obligations, and portable evidence for later teams. | Building lifecycle |
| Results hidden behind unsupported savings claims | Track documented visits, elapsed review time, retests, and separately approved change costs before estimating impact. | Readable sample record |
Shape the product with real work
Help us test the right problems.
Trial preregistration includes an optional workflow question. Tell us whether your priority is field capture, drawing review, corrective verification, project coordination, or retained building history.
When trial access is available, the useful test will be whether a team can complete its workflow, understand the next responsibility, and carry a readable record forward. No performance improvement is promised before it is measured.
