Launch and trial registrations

We collect your email address, selected launch and/or trial interest, consent, and any optional name, company, or workflow preference you provide. We use these details to verify your address and communicate about your selected interest. A registration does not create a product account or start a trial.

The intake system records the request time, verification status, consent version, and operational delivery status so requests can be managed. Confirmation and unsubscribe links use single-purpose tokens. It also uses a short-lived security cookie and limited security records to reduce automated or repeated submissions.

Contact and support

We collect the email address, optional name, topic, general message, and any selected public page context you choose to submit. We use that information to review and respond to the request. Sending a contact request does not add you to the notification list.

Form information is submitted to the QualityShieldPro website. When accepted, the server stores a private record and queues the appropriate notification for processing. A saved status confirms storage; it does not prove email delivery or that someone has read the request.

Service providers and retention

The website host and configured email providers process information needed to serve the site and deliver messages. Hosting systems may retain routine request and security logs. The website intake uses these retention periods: unconfirmed registrations, 30 days; confirmed notification interests, 730 days after the latest verified update; withdrawn registrations, 30 days; and general contact/support inquiries, 365 days. Verification links expire after 48 hours. Operational delivery records have shorter retention periods, and routine cleanup applies these limits.

You can use the unsubscribe link in registration messages to stop launch and trial emails, or contact admin@qualityshieldpro.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied. Unsubscribing stops future notification-list mail; it does not automatically remove correspondence already needed to handle an open support request.

Website browsing and cookies

The supplied website code uses locally hosted assets and does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may operate its own service logs or inject hosting features. Form security uses an essential, time-limited session cookie; it is not an advertising identifier.

Public role, market, service, discipline, team-size, and pricing-preference selections may appear in page URLs so navigation and shared links retain context. Do not put personal or confidential information in search terms.

Synthetic workspace

The demonstration uses browser-tab session storage for up to 24 hours when available. Sample changes are not a production account, encrypted vault, cloud backup, or multi-user system. Use Reset to clear them. Exported files stay on your device until you delete them.

Keep confidential material out of this website

Do not submit real client records, resident or patient information, passwords, payment data, classified material, or other controlled information. No confidential file intake is provided by the public site.

Future product services

Production account, project-data, access-control, and service arrangements will be described before those services become available. The public sample does not establish those arrangements.
