All listed software capabilities and allowances describe the proposed launch offering, not the current sample. Invited participants are intended to be included within their assigned permissions. No separate fee for each RFI, finding or shared QA tool.

The estimate applies the same discipline count to each author. First disciplines may differ between authors. Mixed upgrade counts and enterprise requirements need a tailored estimate.

Discipline upgrades do not stack beyond the cap. One Professional author pays $59 for one discipline, $78 for two, $97 for three, or $109 for four through nine per month. Annual base and discipline pricing equals ten monthly payments; added storage remains twelve payments.

Each discipline follows the same proposed first-license and upgrade pricing. The first choice can differ by author in a team.
Drawing review, calibration/demarcation, RFIs, submittals, changes, communication, evidence and standard reports remain shared capabilities. They are not separate subscriptions. Readiness must be verified for every capability before it is sold.
Who needs a license?
An author creates or manages project work, documents, assessments or reports. Invited participants can respond, provide requested evidence and make decisions within assigned permissions. Participation is not an anonymous login or unrestricted project access.
Qualifying existing licenses should be recognized across invited projects without a second author charge. Buying a subscription does not establish professional qualifications, approval authority or access to another customer’s records.

Qualified staffing is confirmed in the engagement. A listed rate is not a representation that a licensed provider is presently available.
Authorized travel time is proposed at $95/hour. Mileage and agreed pass-through expenses are stated in the proposal. Access equipment, laboratories, destructive openings, repairs, extra mobilizations and applicable taxes are separate. No open-ended cost is added without approval.
One-time packages versus ongoing support
Observations, assessments, training and setup are individual engagements, not automatic subscriptions. Ongoing support is optional and requires a defined role mix, scheduled capacity, work scope, rollover and overage approval. Included retainer hours are not charged a second time as visit fees.
Planning ranges are not fixed quotes. The signed proposal specifies deliverables, methods, reporting, professional responsibility, assumptions and exclusions. Government requirements and formal accessibility services need a properly qualified engagement.
